Objectives :

Gather European teachers of western flower arrengement.

Promote Members'mutual information and updating new artistic, cultural and technical trends.

Organize a seminar in the Host Country every year.

Publish, propagate and exchange new books and literature in every cultural and artistic field, related to western flower arrangement.

Participate at cultural activities in collaboration with European Institutions.

Only admits to Active Membership'is allowed to second level's degree teachers amateurs, and International judges.
